ABOUT FOCUITY
Focuity Group is consulting firm located in Buffalo, NY. The firm specializes in small, 5 – 10 persons, focus group sessions designed to give law firms “mock-jury feedback” on cases they are preparing for trial. Each session runs approximately two hours and is conducted using an online remote platform. Participants receive $75.00 for their participation.
To participate – and earn your $75 – you must apply using the form below. Be sure sure to complete every question, as this is how we ‘mock’ the jury. Rest assured your information will never be shared with a third-party.
Frequently asked Questions
What's required of me?
You must have internet access and a webcam/microphone with PC or tablet. Smartphones are discouraged as the display is too small to reference photographs and documents displayed during the proceeding. You must be familiar with Zoom (or similar) remote platform.
How & when do i get paid?
Participants will serve as mock jurors and give their opinions on cases. If selected, you will receive a Confidentiality Agreement through DocuSign that must be returned before receiving the connection link. Sessions run for 2 hours or less. Payment is $75.00 and is sent immediately upon completion of 5- minute anonymous survey.
How do I apply to become a mock juror?
